Raymond puts his spin on Maple Leafs' win

**Thank you Black Hawks, thank you Canucks, thank you Bruins and THANK YOU KINGS... And Grabovski will be in the KHL within a year. Leafs need to settle down the defence. But with Bernier as the #1 rebounds will be minimized. If you watch Reimer, some say his defencemen don't help, but he causes a lot of the scoring chances other teams get... Bernier eats up shots. This is a no brainer.... Reimer shouldn't play more than 15 to 18 games the rest of the season.

**Man, its their third game! They played hard and their big guns stepped up. They deserved the win. Yes they can be tighter and they will be as the season moves along. If you are going to criticize this early after a win i'd hate to hear you if they lose mid season. As well they are dealing with a few injuries and they got some young dudes out there holding their own. I'm proud of the boys so far. Keep it up!

**The Leafs worked hard in the off-season. Said they were ready to bring it. I gotta tell ya, so far...they ain't lyin'. Toronto fans at the diner gotta be feeling very good this morning. Nice game last night, very nice.

**Honestly, if you'd seen Ryan in the preseason you wouldn't be commenting. Its not possible to score every game, even if you're sidney crosby. You shouldn't be judging the trade two games into the season. There's no doubt that Ryan is a better player than silfverberg is at the moment, and Ottawa needed a goalscorer for the present, not the future.

**For all you folks already making a long term decision on goaltending at mile 3 of 82, relax okay, enjoy the fact that we have two solid goaltenders instead of one and little bit. Reimer was the victim of a Rookie defenceman (who will be a star in this league) and a second defenceman who allowed the rust to show, left his responsibilites on the bench in the first period is all.In my HMO, Rielly should have been teamed with Dion or Gunnarson, stay at home guys, but Randy gets high marks most of the time so no issue. Coaches often change goaltenders to send a message, not Reimers fault on at least 2 of the 4. Bernier played great, but 15 saves is less than 1/2 a nights work for an NHL Starter, as for the Philly game, even the Habs can beat Philly, no biggie! Leafs look 3 lines deep on the front end, that is the most significant factor, not the goaltending, goaltending not the reason Leafs clawed their way back into this one.Everyone play nice in the sand box and lets be realistic here, 3 out of 82 is not getting us into the playoffs, we have been here before.

**aye pulling the goalie actually worked and we got the win. how many goalies get pulled and their team end up losing by 5 anyways.

**No disrespect to Reimer but Bernier should be the starting goalie for the leafs. I know leafs fans love Reimer but JB gives you guys a much better chance of winning the game. The way he handles the puck is enough to get him the starting job. Remember, the only reason he isn't the starter in LA is cause of the great wall of Quick.

**Right, and how come we're not saying this about Bozak who without Kessel likely can't even put up 40 points? Grabo was putting up about 55 point seasons without a superstar at his wing. He was a whole lot better than what he got credit for. By the way you can't play with Ovi if you're not good enough. It seems like you don't even know enough about hockey to realize that. Funny thing is only new Leaf fans can hate on Grabo. Any Leaf fan who's watched this team since the first lockout of this millennium absolutely loves Grabo. They watched him grow from that feisty prospect to one of the best second liners in the league who statistically is a top 20 center easily. If it isn't clear enough yet, your ignorance is showing.

**but bozak is so important because all the things he does outside of point production. he takes faceoffs, does pk, some powerplay and is our most reliable shootout player. grab only really did powerplay. There is more to a player then pt production, and bozak's isn't terrible at that. its not like he scores 5 goals a season.
