Soderberg sparks Bruins past Hurricanes
**seguin is doing better now that hes aloud to shine and im sure he dont miss boston lol go rangers go tonight rick nash wooohooo is back**Love the announcers all but blaming the loss on the refs. After the Lucic goal they say something to the effect of "not a good night for the guys in stripes." People complain about Jack Edwards but he gets all excited even when the opponent scores. The one announcer, don't know their names, what a joke.
**Have to agree. I watched over and over the footage of the "trip" he wanted called right before the empty netter and I swear I couldn't see any contact before the Carolina attacker went to the ice.
**The announcers in Carolina are ridiculously biased...as they are in Florida, Toronto, and some other places. The Boston announcers by contrast are pretty even handed, as well as well-informed about the other teams (which is far from universal).
**The hurricanes need to score more goals. Their not going to win by scoring 1 or 2 goals a game....they may win some but not as many as they would if they scored more goals. But the season is still young so they have plenty of time to work on it and turn it around.
**Too early to go trading Marchand away. Lots of players go through slumps. See how well he's doing by the Olympic break and then decide. The guy has had some very productive years and has been good, even great at times, in the playoffs. look at the difference in Krejci's performance from regular season to playoffs.
**It has nothing to do with Seguin. He is getting knocked off the puck easily, falling down in a lot of cases, holding on to the puck too long, sloppy passing. None of that has to do with playing with Seguin. I don't know what it is.
**Honestly he was on fire last year. Want to know when his slump started? When he was knocked out before the playoffs with that mean concussion. He was never the same after that. A ghost in the playoffs, a ghost so far this season. It all goes back to that hit he took last spring 2013.
**Matt Fraser 15 GP 11G (4 PPG) 2A and Nick Johnson 15 GP 8G 4A down in Providence, i'd like to see one of these guys get a shot over Caron, Fraser was acquired as part of the trade with the Stars, big guy (6'2", 209lb)with a left handed shot, 23 years old, 135 GP 70G 65A with the Stars AHL team, I like the potential even if his success is at the AHL level
**It may be time to bench Marchand. One or two of tonight's turnovers looked not like bad decisions, but like laziness. I thought he had turned the corner, but it is time for him to stop looking for cameras and reporters and get his game in order.
**One more win, hopefully followed by several more in a row, which will be a nice way to forget previous bad games. The kids Smith and Soderberg are better and better, and Lucic is really on fire this season. GO BRUINS!!!!
**is this guy real? Habs fans never had , and will never have class, all they do is call 911 , and blame their teams losing on the refs and Colin Campbell, instead of putting the blame where it belongs, on the gutless and heartless Habsplayers.
**I am so sick of the PatriROTS dominatiing the papers, TV and talk radio in New England. They are a mediocre team at this point who has gotten very, very luck this year and it wore off tonight. So glad they LOST. Sick of Brady and Belichick, they haven't won the Super Bowl in 10 years and have choked the last few times there. Time for the Bruins to dominate the winter and Sox the summers.
